Paleo & Gluten-Free
At NDNM, we recommend gluten-free and Paleo diets for most of our patients, especially those with chronic diseases, inflammation, pain and autoimmune conditions. The goal is to remove highly-processed and inflammatory foods from the diet, which may be at the root cause of these diseases, to help the body to heal. Making good choices on a daily basis and taking control of what we are putting into our bodies can make a huge difference in how we feel both physically and mentally.
