This soup recipe was designed to help boost Kidney yang for patients with infertility. In Chinese medicine, Kidney yang relates to our adrenal health and hormones - mainly progesterone and testosterone. As we age, our adrenal and hormonal function begins to decline, and sometimes it happens at an earlier age due to excessive physical overwork, lack of sleep or genetic predisposition.
This tasty soup feels like a warm hug! It is perfect for for anyone experiencing adrenal fatigue, infertility, low hormones, achy back or knees, or cold symptoms. It is a great anti-aging soup too! You will want to put this recipe on rotation.
