Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chickpeas, rinsed & drained (Jovial Foods brand)
2 TBSP pure extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup organic tahini
1 lemon, juiced
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp himalyan or sea salt
8 TBSP water
Directions:
In a high-speed blender or NutriBullet, add all the ingredients and blend well until smooth. Add more water in as needed if too thick. Top with fresh chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon, and/or red pepper flakes.
